"I had an extremely distressing experience at this property, and I strongly advise others—especially women traveling alone—not to consider this place for their stay. I had booked a full month for my internship and paid in advance, but towards the last week, the management abruptly informed me that I must vacate the room immediately because they had accepted an advance from another guest. This was done without any prior notice, without offering an alternative accommodation, and without showing the slightest concern for my safety or well-being as a solo female guest. My stay felt unsafe and unstable throughout. The management’s behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in accountability. They have still not returned my deposit despite repeated follow-ups, and their approach to guests is extremely hostile and dismissive. The staff are equally uncooperative, and the overall environment is uncomfortable and intimidating. The basic facilities are no better—food is highly unhygienic, cleanliness is ignored, and the general upkeep of the place is extremely poor. Nothing about this establishment reflects reliability, respect, or responsibility. Even if someone is willing to pay the full amount, the treatment here is unacceptable. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. For your safety, peace of mind, and basic dignity, please look elsewhere."
